Tesla Motors’ very first showroom in Brooklyn will open in Red Hook, The Real Deal reports (h/t Brownstoner). The electric car company has signed a lease at 160 Van Brunt Street, a former warehouse that’s being converted into offices by real estate developer, LIVWRK.

Tesla has acquired space on the ground floor, which will span about 40,000 square feet. Apart from the showroom, the car company will also have an office and service center at the location.
