There is at least one shooter on the loose in Ottawa this morning and police are telling everyone in the area to take cover, according to the Globe and Mail.
A Globe reporter posted the above video from inside Parliament Hill, where shots rang out. A gunman also hit one soldier who was guarding a war memorial in the capital.
The victim has been taken to hospital and the downtown core, including Parliament, is on lockdown.
