A protester hoped to use access to a White House event celebrating LGBTQ pride month as an opportunity to make an off-script political statement. But President Barack Obama refused to cooperate.
Obama shuts down White House heckler: “You’re in my house”
“No, no, no, no, no. Hey, listen, you’re in my house,” Obama told the protester. “Shame on you.” After the individual refused to be quiet, the president had the person escorted out of the room.
