The top Google searches in the past 24 hours from Greece are worrying. The search engine, ranked as the most popular website in the financially struggling nation, shared data pointing to confusion about the implications of Sunday’s national referendum.

The referendum’s unknown fallout appears, too, in searches about the euro, Greece’s currency since 2001:

The top-searched question about Greece around the world is simply, “What is happening in Greece?”

We can’t say what percentage of the Greece-based Googlers are voters or nonvoters, but the data implies that the referendum left many in Greece with unanswered questions for which even top European leaders may not have answers. That includes the subject of Greece’s top search in the past 24 hours, Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis, who resigned following the referendum.

For those keeping score, the hottest topic in the US from the past 24 hours is Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.
