Yahoo Ads Malware Issue Larger Than Originally Reported

Yahoo announced late Friday evening that a series of malware-infected advertisements the company had served on some of its European properties may have affected more areas than the company had first reported. In a blog post, Yahoo said a “small fraction of users” outside of its European region may have been affected, though the company did not specify which other areas were involved.
