Snapchat on Monday took to its blog to address an increasing number of fake accounts sending spam messages to users. The company said it is working to resolve the growing issue, though did not specify exactly how. In a way, Snapchat managed to find a positive angle to the issue: “While we expect to minimize spam, it is the consequence of a quickly growing service,” the company said (emphasis Snapchat’s).
