SpaceX has pushed back the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket carrying a communications satellite after a decision to carry out further inspections, according to USA Today. Blastoff had been scheduled for around 5 pm ET Friday, but now won’t occur until Monday at the earliest. A spokeswoman for Elon Musk’s private spaceflight company told the newspaper they wanted “to ensure the highest possible level of mission assurance,” but didn’t provide details on any particular technical issues.
