Fifteen years after its launch, Coupons.com appears ready to go public, filing paperwork today for a $100 million IPO. Unlike competitor RetailMeNot, which is known for its online coupon codes, Coupons.com is best-known for its selection of coupons to be used in brick-and-mortar stores.
