Long-time Visa technology executive Dennis Howard has left the payments company for a job at Charles Schwab, a source familiar with the move told Re/code. Howard was most recently Visa’s chief information officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s internal technology systems. He had worked with the company in a variety of roles since 2002, according to his LinkedIn profile. At Charles Schwab, Howard is running the company’s Core Technology Services division, reporting to CIO Jim McGuire.
