Well-known media exec Peter Liguori will step down from the Yahoo board, the company said in a filing. His departure comes after American Express CMO John Hayes left in late March. Liguori, who is CEO of the Tribune Company, became a director in 2012. Yahoo’s board now only has five members, although CEO Marissa Mayer has been seeking new ones for a while.
