Twitter Unveils New User Profiles (Now With More Facebook)

Twitter on Tuesday revealed a revamped version of its user profiles, an overhaul that more heavily emphasizes photo and visual elements over text. The new profile pages, which will gradually roll out to everyone over the next few weeks, are already drawing comparisons to Facebook and Pinterest — which may not be a bad thing for Twitter in its quest to gain more regular users.
