AMC Teases a Tech TV Series on Tumblr

How does AMC decide to debut its newest TV show based on tech? Via a technology site. The network, which has also experimented with social promotion efforts on shows like “Breaking Bad,” will preview “Halt and Catch Fire” on Tumblr, the Yahoo-owned blogging platform. AMC will air two full episodes on Tumblr — as well as on AMC.com and video-on-demand services — before the official television debut on June 1.
