Computing giant IBM just disclosed in a regulatory filing that it has added two people to its board of directors. Alex Gorsky, the chairman and CEO of the pharmaceutical company Johnson & Johnson, will join Big Blue’s board on Sept. 1. And Peter R. Voser, the retired CEO of oil giant Royal Dutch Shell, will join the board on January 1. No directors are stepping down, so after they join the board it will have 14 members.
