HTC to Host August 19 Event in NYC

HTC will unveil its latest device next month at an event in New York. The Taiwanese phone manufacturer sent out invites this morning for an August 19 soiree, but didn’t provide many clues as to what would be revealed that day. It could be the Nexus 8 tablet, which was originally rumored for Google I/O. Other possibilities include a Windows Phone device or a wearable.
