Cloud storage company Dropbox today added Bob Mylod, the former CFO of Priceline.com, as the fifth member of its board of directors. The company disclosed the move in a corporate blog post by CEO Drew Houston and CFO Sujay Jaswa. Mylod will chair the board’s audit committee. He’s currently a managing partner at Annox Capital and held the CFO job at Priceline from 2000 until 2008. It’s the first addition to the Dropbox board since it tapped former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice earlier this year.
