The week started with a story by yours truly on Tuesday concerning the details of a teardown analysis of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus by the research firm IHS. Among other details, we learned that the entry-level iPhone 6 costs about $200 to build. I went on CNBC Tuesday morning to talk about it.
On Thursday, Executive Editor Walt Mossberg chatted with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell about the iPhone and the so-called Bendgate controversy that emerged after a few people claimed to have bent their phones.
