News Corp. Buys Real Estate Listing Service Move for $950 Million

News Corp. says it will augment its newspaper business by buying Move, the company that operates Realtor.com and other real estate listing sites, for $950 million. News Corp. will pay $21 a share for Move, a 37 percent premium on yesterday’s closing price.
