A New Star Trek Series Will Premiere on CBS in 2017

Set phasers on “stunning.”

Star Trek fans clamoring for a new TV series rejoice. CBS has just confirmed that a new Trek series is being developed and will debut in January 2017 both on CBS and later exclusively on CBS All Access for streaming subscribers. The promised show will be the first new series to hit TV screens since the cancellation of “Star Trek: Enterprise” in 2005.
