Watch the Only Hoverboard Video That Offended God

Hoverboards can do a lot of damage. They can set houses on fire while charging, and they can send reckless riders to the emergency room.

Only one hoverboard rider offended a higher authority, however: A brave and badass Filipino priest who took his hoverboard for a spin during Mass.

After footage of the unidentified priest went viral, the Diocese of San Pablo (a city of around 250,000 people) issued a statement saying the priest had been suspended for violating the Catholic Church’s “highest form of worship.”

From the Filipino news site Rappler:

The priest said that it was a wake-up call for him; he acknowledged that his action was not right and promised that it will not happen again. He will be out of the parish and will spend some time to reflect on this past event. He would like to apologize for what happened.

That’s a bummer. It seems like he was just doing his part to liven things up. You can watch the highly controversial video below:
