The Federal Register will publish the Federal Communications Commission’s controversial new net neutrality rules Monday, according to a notice published Friday. The rules have been public for several weeks, but they take effect 60 days after they’re published in the Federal Register. The move also starts the clock for parties planning to challenge the rules in court. Many, many lawsuits are expected so stay tuned.
