‘The Force Is Strong in My Family’: Here’s the New Star Wars Trailer (Video)

It’s back!

Here’s a trailer for some weird little art-house film that’s coming out in December. I think it’s called “Star Wars”:

The trailer for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” the first film in the series since 2005’s “Revenge of the Sith” and the first under Disney’s creative oversight, debuted today at a fan convention in Anaheim. As with the first teaser trailer that debuted in November, the new one is heavy on imagery from the original trilogy of films but very light on any story details. So unless you’re really, really antsy about spoilers, it’s safe to watch.

In the time it took me to write that last paragraph, the trailer went from 3,000 to 16,000 likes on YouTube.

“The Force Awakens” is directed by J.J. Abrams and comes out on Dec. 18.
