Apple Partners With World Wildlife Fund on China Forest Initiative

Apple said it will partner with the World Wildlife Fun on a multi-year project to protect as much as one million acres of responsibly managed forests. The company’s goal is to protect enough forest land to replace the use of paper in its products. The announcement comes three weeks after Apple launched its first major solar project in China.
