In fact, National Review’s circulation has been fairly steady — it has about 150,000 subscribers, the same number it had in 1992 (although its circulation has increased substantially and dropped again since then). But, like most political magazines, its success is measured more by its influence than by its circulation.
In that sense, whether the magazine can stop Trump is a big test.
