Recode Daily: Amazon breaks the $10-a-month barrier with two of its new music services

$8 a month for Prime members, and a $4-a-month service for Echo owners.

Amazon is making its long-expected entry into the subscription music market with a trio of offerings, two of which undercut the competition. Amazon is selling an industry-standard, ad-free, on-demand service for $10 a month, but there’s an $8-a-month version for Amazon Prime members and a $4-a-month version that works only on Amazon’s line of Echo speakers. — [Recode]
