Twitter is rebuilding its executive team.

The announcement comes a month after Twitter lost a sizable portion of its executive team — and seven months after it fired former communications lead Gabriel Stricker, who has since landed at Google-owned Fiber.
That firing came shortly after Dorsey returned as CEO, and there was lots of talk, started by longtime investor Chris Sacca, about how Twitter had failed to “tell its own story” to both Wall Street and the press.
Now, Twitter has two people in place to try to reclaim its narrative. Last month, it also brought on a new CMO: Former American Express executive Leslie Berland.

Update: Kerris will report to Twitter General Counsel Vijaya Gadde, who has been running communications since Stricker left last summer. Kerris will start at the company next Monday, according to a spokesperson.*
