Watch President Obama poke Hillary Clinton for campaigning like your aunt on Facebook

President Barack Obama got to act as Comedian-in-Chief one last time on Saturday night, giving his final speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The annual schmoozy media event lets the President (and his speechwriters) riff on the news cycle, and he did a fine job.

Obama took jabs at the press and the crazy Republican primary, including wondering where Donald Trump was (he did not attend the event). “It’s a little surprising — you have a room full of reporters and cameras, and he says no?” joked Obama. “Is this dinner too tacky for the Donald? What could he be doing instead? Is he at home, eating a Trump steak? Tweeting out insults at Angela Merkel?”

He saved his best tech zingers for the two leading Democratic contenders to replace him, Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Sanders received a nice Burning Man punchline, but Clinton got a harder burn on the awkward use of social media in her campaign.

“Look, I’ve said how much I admire Hillary’s toughness, her smarts, her policy chops, her experience. You’ve got to admit it, though, Hillary trying appeal to young voters is a little bit like your relative who just signed up for Facebook,” riffed Obama. “‘Dear America, did you get my poke? Is it appearing on your wall? I’m not sure I’m using this right. Love, Aunt Hillary.’”

Don’t feel too bad for Clinton. Obama, who has yet to officially weigh in on the race, gave Clinton a tacit endorsement earlier in the speech. “Next year at this time,” he said, “someone else will be standing here in this very spot and it’s anyone guess who she will be.”

He also have a nice bit making fun of himself using Michelle Obama’s Snapchat badly (demon filters are not the best choice for him) and also overusing LinkedIn.

Indeed, in this last outing before the press corps, the President looked to be enjoying himself.

Here’s the entire speech — ending with the epic “Obama out” and mic drop — which is well worth a watch:
