For Pride 2016, Apple gave its employees this rainbow watch band

To mark the annual LGBT-rights celebration Pride, thousands took to the streets in cities around the world today, including several tech companies in San Francisco. And at least one of those companies, Apple, came armed (wristed?) with an enviable giveaway.

Apple employees who participated in its official Pride parade section received these special rainbow-colored watch bands that match the LGBT pride flag:

It also might be a sneaky nod to Apple’s iconic rainbow logo from 1976, although any pedant worth their salt will tell you that that logo arranged the colors in non-ROYGBIV order.

There’s no word yet on whether Apple will sell these rainbow bands to non-employees, although Redditor Sakushon snapped a picture of the company’s commemorative note:

“This limited-edition band is a symbol of our commitment to equality and we hope you’ll wear it with pride,” the note reads.

Other tech and media companies participating in the San Francisco edition of the Pride parade included Facebook, Google, Lyft, Salesforce and (participating for the first time) Disney.
