Bruno Mars and Mark Zuckerberg showed up at Spotify CEO Daniel Ek’s wedding

Ek and Sofia Levander were married at Italy’s beautiful Lake Como.

Spotify CEO Daniel Ek is now a married man — and he and his new wife, Sofia Levander, celebrated in style Saturday night, on Lake Como in the Lombardy region of Italy.

According to social media posts, the wedding singer was Bruno Mars:

And guests included Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan:

Zuckerberg called Ek a great entrepreneur as well as “a great friend and dedicated father.”

As far as we know, unlike Napster founder Sean Parker, Ek did not invite Ian McKellan to officiate the wedding dressed as Gandalf. But, point of fact, Lake Como was also the Earthly stand-in for where Anakin Skywalker got married in the Star Wars prequels. It’s also the site of the annual Giro di Lombardia cycling race.
