A federal appeals court will decide whether to reverse a judge’s temporary suspension of the ban.

Scores of tech companies — including Apple, Google, Microsoft and Facebook — have filed a legal brief opposing President Trump’s immigration ban. The brief was filed with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which on Sunday refused an administration request to immediately reverse a judge’s temporary suspension of the ban and told both sides to submit written arguments today. — [Kurt Wagner / Recode]
