Comcast is shuffling its digital advertising business: One exec is leaving, and the cable giant is looking to hire a new one.

Doug Knopper, the CEO and co-founder of Freewheel, the digital video ad company Comcast bought for more than $360 million in 2014, is heading out. Knopper’s co-founders Jon Heller and Diane Yu are staying.

Meanwhile, Comcast* is looking for a new executive to join the company and manage a group that combines Freewheel and other ad tech companies Comcast has picked up over the past few years.

That person would report up to Marcien Jenckes, who heads up advertising for Comcast’s cable unit and has been looking to fill that role for a few months.
