Another Fox News host is getting hit with allegations of sexual harassment

A new report claims that Eric Bolling sent sexually explicit photos to co-workers.

Fox News is making headlines yet again for reports of sexual harassment in the workplace.

According to a HuffPost article published Friday based on over a dozen sources, Eric Bolling, a prominent Fox News host, allegedly sent unsolicited photos of his genitals by text message to three co-workers several years ago.

The three women, who have not revealed their identities, either work at or worked at Fox News and Fox Business. They said they recognized the number that the texts came from based on earlier informal or work-related interactions, according to HuffPost. They said they found the images offensive, and one of them replied to the number demanding that no other images be sent, but received no response.

In a statement on the report Fox News said, “We were just informed of this late Friday afternoon via a Huff Post inquiry and plan to investigate the matter.”

Bollings’s lawyer Michael J. Bowe made a statement to HuffPost that paired a carefully worded nondenial with a threat to take legal action against the accusers: “Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications, and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made.”

The language isn’t an outright denial, but a description of what Bowe claims he can remember; it appears to leave open the possibility that he could admit to sending the messages.

Bolling is a co-host on the Fox News show The Specialists and has made some eyebrow-raising comments about women before. When referring to the first female pilot in the United Arab Emirates during a segment on The Five in 2014, he said on air that it might be better to characterize her as “boobs on the ground” rather than “boots on the ground.” He apologized the day after.

The allegations are only the latest to rock Fox News. In 2016, the late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes resigned after allegations of sexual harassment from multiple employees. Former Fox News event planner Laurie Luhn accused him of subjecting her to “psychological torture” for decades and former hosts Megyn Kelly and Gretchen Carlson accused him of sexual harassment.

And in April, Bill O’Reilly — once Fox News’s most highly rated anchor — was forced out of Fox News after reports emerged that he had settled sexual harassment suits against him and a major advertising boycott took hold against his show.
