Rani Molla was a senior correspondent at Vox and has been focusing her reporting on the future of work. She has covered business and technology for more than a decade — often in charts — including at Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal.

John Foley is the founder and CEO of Peloton, a company that makes indoor exercise bikes with streaming online classes.

Prior to founding Peloton, Foley spent six years in manufacturing leadership with Mars Inc. He also served as a president at Barnes & Noble, was a co-founder and CEO of Pronto.com, CEO of Evite.com and an early leader of Citysearch.com, starting in 1996.

He talked about boutique fitness and the future of exercise with an audience in New York City at our two-day Code Commerce event.
