Here’s the kicker: Nicotine withdrawal is characterized by feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. To make things worse, long-term stress alone can have lasting effects like depression, digestive problems, and, yep, anxiety.

In other words: Vaping nicotine can temporarily alleviate the symptoms it helped create. Maybe it’s time to find another way to destress.
