Francine D. Blau and Gretchen Donehower

Francine D. Blau is the Frances Perkins Professor of Industrial and Labor Relations and Professor of Economics at Cornell University. She was chair of the National Academy of Sciences Panel on the Economic and Fiscal Consequences of Immigration. Gretchen Donehower is a research specialist in the department of demography at the University of California at Berkeley. She was a consultant to the panel.
