Julieta Cardenas (she/they) was a fellow on the Future Perfect desk. She is a writer and artist based in New York, focusing on the future of food and animals. Julieta has researched the cellular agriculture space as a New Harvest grantee while pursuing a master’s degree in animal studies at NYU. Before that, they worked as a restaurant designer. They enjoy spending time with their pup, painting, and going to experimental dance classes.
