Roya Rastegar

Roya Rastegar is a producer and writer whose credits include Gaga: Five Foot Two, Cypher, Venus as a Boy, The Legacy of Black Wall Street, QueenMaker, and Wildness. She holds a PhD in the history of consciousness and is the co-founder of the Iranian Diaspora Collective. She is currently making her directorial debut with Exile of the Swans, a documentary following underground dancers in Iran.
